Enjoy a Scenic Ride with a Trained Volunteer
Happy Spokes offers leisurely trishaw rides piloted by trained community volunteers, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for every passenger. The program partners with local care facilities, schools, and community centers to reach individuals who will benefit most. Volunteers receive full training to ensure comfort and safety during each ride. United Way maintains all equipment to keep it ride-ready at all times, while ongoing outreach efforts help expand access and awareness throughout Knox County.
Happy Spokes promotes social connection and mental well-being by giving riders meaningful experiences in the outdoors.
