YMCA of Mount Vernon
Increased opportunities for physical activity, play and stress management for community members by awarding 324 fitness membership scholarships

Knox Health Planning Partnership
The Community Health Worker Program served 8 unduplicated individuals, including adults, children, and an infant, by providing personalized support through home visits, education, and connections to community resources. Participants received assistance accessing benefits, transportation support, nutrition programs, and health education, helping families build stability and improve long-term well-being.

The Alcohol & Drug Freedom Center of Knox County
The Empowering Recovery with Wellness program served 278 unduplicated individuals by offering a range of wellness activities designed to support recovery, emotional well-being, and healthier lifestyles. Participants engaged in group-based wellness events that reduced stress and anxiety, improved decision-making, and helped individuals build practical skills that support long-term recovery and quality of life.
Hospice of North Central Ohio, Inc
64 adults participated in support groups, 210 children participated in school-based groups, and 44 children attended Camp Hope. Services helped clients improve coping abilities
Public Health Partnership of Knox County
125 adults were enrolled in comprehensive, 8 week, Knox Out Tobacco cessation program. 42 senior residents comprehensive service, including a thorough senior assessment
