Through the distribution of beds, furniture, and basic household goods, the program helped individuals transitioning from homelessness, crisis, or instability establish safe, functional living environments.

Pathways of Central Ohio
The 211/988 Crisis Hotline provided Knox County residents with immediate access to crisis support, information, and referrals through 3,347 calls and 65 text interactions. Individuals received confidential assistance navigating housing instability, financial hardship, mental health concerns, and emergency situations, with the majority of surveyed callers reporting successful connections to resources and problem resolution.
Interchurch Social Services of Knox County
The Financial Aid program served 750 unduplicated individuals by providing emergency financial assistance to households facing short-term crises. Support helped families stabilize during emergencies, prevent further hardship, and meet essential needs, exceeding program goals for the year.
The Salvation Army of Mount Vernon
The Emergency Services program served 357 unduplicated individuals by providing rent and utility assistance to households facing financial crisis. Through direct support for rent, electric, and gas needs, families were able to remain housed, keep utilities connected, and stabilize during times of hardship, exceeding anticipated service levels for utility assistance.

Knox County Head Start
The Parent Support Initiative served 455 unduplicated parents, guardians, and caregivers by providing parenting education, skill-building sessions, and individualized support. Participants gained tools to reduce parental stress, strengthen family relationships, and improve parenting confidence, resulting in measurable improvements in family stability and child well-being.

The Child and Family Wellness program served 807 unduplicated children and family members by providing health screenings, developmental assessments, home visits, and parent education. Families received support accessing medical, dental, and developmental care, resulting in improved child health outcomes, early intervention, and stronger family engagement in wellness practices.
Knox Health Planning Partnership
The Knox Out Tobacco program served 56 unduplicated adults by providing evidence-based tobacco cessation counseling and follow-up support. Participants received individualized guidance to quit tobacco use, resulting in a 25% success rate at three-month follow-ups and helping reduce tobacco use across the community.
Girl Scouts of Ohio's Heartland Council, Inc.
The Girl Scout Leadership Experience served 130 unduplicated girls in Knox County, providing leadership development, STEM education, outdoor learning, and enrichment opportunities. Girls participated in hands-on activities that build confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, including day camp experiences focused on outdoor skills, environmental education, and personal growth.
Hospice of North Central Ohio, Inc
Grief Services for the Knox County Community served 313 unduplicated individuals through grief groups, counseling sessions, workshops, and Camp Hope programming. Individuals and families received compassionate support while developing coping skills and navigating loss, ensuring access to grief care during some of life�s most challenging moments.

The Alcohol & Drug Freedom Center of Knox County
The Program Care Management initiative served 495 unduplicated individuals, providing intensive case management to individuals with mental health and substance use challenges. Clients received personalized support accessing housing, medical care, transportation, employment, benefits, and treatment services, resulting in improved stability, increased engagement in care, and reduced unmet needs across critical life areas

Boy Scouts of America, Muskingum Valley Council
The Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts programs provide youth with opportunities to build character, leadership, and life skills through hands-on learning, outdoor experiences, and community service. Participants engage in activities that promote teamwork, responsibility, confidence, and citizenship while developing practical skills that support personal growth and long-term success. Through mentorship and age-appropriate programming, youth are encouraged to explore their potential, give back to their community, and grow into capable, values-driven leaders.
Habitat for Humanity
The Habitat Home Renewal Project served 12 unduplicated households by completing critical home repairs that improved safety, accessibility, and housing stability. Through targeted repairs such as roof replacements and exterior improvements, homeowners were able to maintain safe living conditions, reduce financial strain, and remain securely housed.
